Wallace at London International Disputes Week
Wallace will be part of the London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2026 programme.
Wallace will be hosting a panel session ‘Breaches of Dams and Duties: managing the “irredeemably unmanageable” in modern group litigation’ together with Blackstone Chambers.
Drawing on their experience in major group litigation such as Municipio de Mariana v BHP and Various Claimants v Hargreaves Lansdown, the panel will explore the challenges of managing cases and clients in the grand-scale commercial group litigation increasingly seen in the English courts.
LIDW is an annual forum in the world of international dispute resolution, exploring and contributing to the future of litigation.
