Wallace strengthens partnership and promotes talent across the firm

Philip Blyghton promoted to Partner as firm announces additional promotions across the key practice areas of commercial/banking litigation, corporate, and property litigation

Wallace has today announced the promotion of Philip Blyghton, Litigation, to the partnership effective 1 May 2026. Philip joined Wallace in 2017 and has played a key role in developing Wallace’s commercial and banking litigation teams.

His practice also encompasses large scale group litigation, including acting on behalf of thousands of investors bringing claims against Hargreaves Lansdown. He advises clients in a broad range of sectors and focuses on delivering the resolution of high-value, complex cross-border disputes by way of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

Both Sarah Merriott, Corporate, and Rhiannon Saunders, Property Litigation, are also promoted to Legal Director.
