Wallace has advised E3 Primus Invest UK Bidco Limited, the sole shareholder of Finyx Consulting Limited (Finyx) on its recent add-on acquisition of Woodhurst Consulting Limited (Woodhurst).

Finyx is an experienced and trusted consultancy firm with an extensive track record in supporting public sector bodies, emergency services and financial institutions on complex technical, commercial and organisational transformation programmes.

With over 100 consultants located in three offices across the UK, Finyx is known for combining deep expertise with a personal touch.

Woodhurst is a specialised financial services consultancy firm having vast experience in strategy and modernisation programme design and implementation across fintechs, retail banking and building societies.

The Finyx Group is backed by ekwithree, a German investment firm founded in 2021 focusing on owner-managed small to mid-sized companies in growing or early-stage markets, which combines strategic expertise with financial resources to achieve long-term success.

The Wallace team was led by John Woodhouse and Ines Krausler (both Corporate), supported by Charlotte Lang, Alice Curtis, Alexandra Nicholls (all Corporate) and Amber Fraser (Employment).

In the past 6 months Wallace has advised on 5 acquisitions for European-based acquirers or investors expanding their UK presence.
