Wallace’s corporate team acted on the acquisition of assets on behalf of WatchHouse, the Bermondsey born coffee brand
WatchHouse acquired five sites from Orée Boulangerie following its entry into administration, which expands its existing London footprint to Wellington Street in Covent Garden, Borough Market, Parsons Green, St John’s Wood and Northcote Road in Clapham.
Alongside its 20 UK Houses, WatchHouse also has two Houses in New York having just opened this June in the iconic Chrysler Building on Lexington Avenue. Furthermore additional Houses are slated to open in Soho and Flatiron later this year, and the brand is actively exploring international franchising opportunities.
