Acting on a £172m purchase and acquisition financing of a portfolio of properties from The Rank Group Plc including leasing back part of the portfolio to Rank, and extensive related landlord and tenant work and finally the disposal of the properties as single assets or smaller portfolios by way of private sale and at auction.
Advising on the purchase and acquisition financing of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust for £58.5m. The underlying asset was North West House NW1 (former headquarters of BHS) which was pre-let to WeWork who undertook a £10.6m Cat A and B refurbishment to create a co-working office space.
Acting on the £60m purchase of a freehold pre-let Central London office building.
Acting on the purchase of portfolio of 5 mixed use properties in Soho for £8m.
Acting on the £50m disposal by way of long lease of a medical centre.
Acting on the acquisition of a £25m commercial building in the heart of Soho.
Acting on the disposal to an institutional investor of a multi-let commercial building in the West End for £21m.
