Acting for a hotel and pub company on the purchase and acquisition financing of over 200 pubs and 45 hotels, and subsequent disposal of a large majority of them by way of private sale and at auction.
Acting on a £20m disposal of a portfolio of eight restaurants and pubs to a fund. Tenants included The Ivy, Loch Fyne and Brunning & Price.
We act for Soho Estates Limited in respect of their new state of the art building on Charing Cross Road – Ilona Rose House. We have advised them on the lettings in the new James Court Quarter including new restaurants for Daroco, Milk Beach and Kapara and the destination night spot Little Scarlet Door. We have also advised the same client on the eclectic offerings at Walkers Court including Underbelly at the Boulevard and the new Madame JoJo’s and Box nightclubs.
We act for the International Warwick Hotel Group, the owners of the Five Star Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge, and having steered through the initial purchase, have continued to advise on all continuing operational aspects including the recent refurbishment and rebranding of the restaurant.
Acting on the proposed development of a 117 landmark hotel in South West London, including the acquisition, pre-let and construction.
Acting for numerous independent restaurant operators in the West End, London and nationwide.
