Wallace advised on the sale of the multi-award winning experiential agency with a team led by Laura Gillard (corporate), supported by Stephanie Claridge (corporate), James Williams (employment), and Mark Randolph (property).

John Woodhouse, Joint Managing Partner at Wallace, commented: “We have advised Bearded Kitten on all aspects of their business for a decade and we’ve loved supporting their growth to being the best and most fun creative agency in London. The deal with Havas will allow Barney, Joana and the team to further scale their unique offering.”

Barney Sutton, CEO & Founder at Bearded Kitten, commented: “Wallace was an integral part of our acquisition with Havas Play. Working with all Wallace, we felt totally protected every step of the way. Some of the best brains I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and all done with smiles on their faces.
