Wallace advises ParentPay Group on acquisition of SchoolHire
Wallace has advised ParentPay Group, a UK-based provider of school payment and parental engagement services, on its acquisition of SchoolHire.
ParentPay Group, the leading Ed-Tech business in Europe, help schools create more time for learning by providing leading education software solutions under one platform.
SchoolHire provides a specialist online booking and payment platform that enables schools and other educational organisations to efficiently manage the hire of facilities such as sports halls, astro-pitches, swimming pools, and meeting spaces.
The deal provides ParentPay Group with a platform to make schools smarter by reducing administrative burden and unlocking new income by managing lettings, bookings, and payments in one system.
Wallace advised on the purchase with a team led by Andrew Cooke (corporate) assisted by Charlotte Wheeldon and Imogen Kelland (corporate), James Williams and Amber Fraser (employment), Alexander Egerton (commercial) and Jackie Boot (property).
