Acting for the tenant on the grant of two leases of storage and distribution warehouses in recently constructed industrial estate in Bedfordshire at a combined annual rent in excess of £1 million. The agreements for lease were subject to the practical completion of the warehouses and to warranties from the construction team being granted.
