Notable TRANSACTIONS

  • Acting for the tenant on the grant of two leases of storage and distribution warehouses in recently constructed industrial estate in Bedfordshire at a combined annual rent in excess of £1 million. The agreements for lease were subject to the practical completion of the warehouses and to warranties from the construction team being granted.

  • Advising on a residential scheme for the sale of a new development in central London valued in the region of £16 million comprising 2 town houses, 4 apartments and a commercial unit.

  • Acting on the roll-out of a new chain of fast-food restaurants in high street and shopping centre locations throughout the UK.

  • Advising on the £85 million regearing and refinancing  of two commercial properties in London.

  • Advising a substantial property company on the new leases at their state of the art exciting new development in Tottenham Court Road to include retail, office and a bespoke film editing suite.

  • Acting for Middle Eastern investors on the purchases of two central London head office buildings each in excess of £50 million.
